May 11, 2016 the Kyiv Appeal Administrative Court upheld the decision of the District Administrative Court of city Kyiv in the case against a client for STI in the area Solomenskiy GU DFS in Ukraine of city Kyiv, which declared illegal and canceled tax notification solutions. The basis of the judgments was the decision of the District Administrative Court of city Kyiv on the recognition of the wrongful cancellation of the order and STI in the area Solomenskiy GU DFS Ukraine in Kiev to conduct documentary unscheduled inspection.
