On September 13, 2017, the Dnipropetrovsk Commercial Court of Appeal, by its decision, left dissenting the appeal of its opponents in the case, and the decisions of the economic court of Kirovohrad region dated July 10, 2017 in case No. 912/1296/17 remained unchanged.
