October 16, 2013 Rivne Regional Administrative Court adopted a resolution in favor of the client law firm “Konoval and partners.” The decision declared unlawful actions of the State Tax Administration of Rivne. Mindohodiv Main Directorate in Rivne on amending the “Computer-aided comparison of tax liabilities and tax credit by contractors at the STA of Ukraine” in terms of adjusting the tax credit on VAT client law firm “Konoval and partners.”
Obliged the State Tax Inspection in the city of Rivne Mindohodiv Main Directorate in Rivne region excluded from the “Systems for automated comparison of tax liabilities and tax credit by contractors at the STA of Ukraine” information on adjustment of VAT credit made on the basis of a tax audit act.
