The Holosiyivsky District Court satisfied the lawsuit filed in the interests of the client and claimed material damage to the client as a result of an accident.
This case is interesting because in spite of the presence at the moment of an accident of the current policy of compulsory insurance of civil liability of the owner of a land vehicle (“autocavel”), the court has satisfied the claims in full.
